David's Weight Loss Story On The Chocolate Weight Loss Diet
I began my weight loss journey at 245 pounds. Working with my doctor, I achieved a weight loss goal of 186 pounds. My doctor said, "You've arrived. Don't lose any more weight or else you will be too skinny... just skin on bones and that would be unhealthy."
After talking to Mo, an insurance agent and personal fitness trainer, she told me that what my doctor told me was untrue. She reinforced the Metropolitan Life Insurance tables indicating a healthy weight range of 145-157, saying that people - like me, in that healthy-weight-range - live longer, have a higher quality of life and have fewer doctor bills (and prescription medications), resulting in fewer visits to the doctor.
This got me to thinking... Maybe my doctor doesn't want me to be too healthy because it would mean less business for my doctor's office. (Oh, I get it... It's a profit-deal.)
That put me back on the road to weigh loss, to achieve my new weight loss goal of 158 giving me a BMI of 24 (that seemed like a million miles away from where I was at).
After gaining a few pounds following the holiday season, I decided to take my own 12 Week Weight Loss Challenge again to achieve my last eighteen pounds of weight loss needed to attain my goal weight of 158 pounds, as my New Years' resolution.
This time, I decided to use Xocai-brand healthy chocolate as my weight loss supplement, because Shelley and I had witnessed unprecedented weight loss results from competitors in our 12 Week Weight Loss Challenge using Xocai chocolate. We all know that the last few pounds are the hardest to lose.
Twelve weeks later, on March 26th, I arrived at my goal weight of 158. WA-HOO!

Think back to the last time you were on a diet... Remember everyone watching what you ate? The grapefruits, pre-packaged (obviously labeled) frozen (or suspended animation) TV dinners, homemade diet soup(s), powdered drink mixes, etc… You just knew those people were pointing, talking about you behind your back, saying, "Oh, look! She's on another diet, and this time..." blah, blah, blah...
But now that you're on the Chocolate Weight Loss Diet - what will they think when they see you eating chocolate? They'd never guess you could possibly be on a diet. Nonetheless, if you follow the simple rules, your excess pounds will continue to drop.
Nobody makes fun of a weight loser eating chocolate, although they may become jealous and ask: "How did you do it?" because they, too, would like to eat chocolate, lose weight and be healthy.
There is certainly no negative diet stigma related to those who embrace the - Chocolate Weight Loss Diet - in fact, it is the-diet that an overweight America has been craving, err... waiting for.
