6 Secrets Of Successful Weight Loss

In the event that you have experienced a low weigh-in, this will give you the data to review so that you can make corrections prior to your next weigh-in.
3. Experience the life-changing process.
By staying on-track for a longer period of time - as opposed to attempting shot-term weight loss which is considered a, "diet," likely to provide only short-term results - you achieve the advantage of experiencing an enhanced more healthy lifestyle and positive patterns of eating as these are practiced over a longer period of time.
4. Help someone else lose weight.
People have been watching you lose weight and are seeing your results. Certainly there is someone that knows you that desires to experience successful weight loss. Team up with them, share with them what you have learned and encourage them to lose weight with you. This will inspire you to stay focused on your weight loss, as your help your friend achieve their weight loss goals.
5. Anticipate plateaus.
Invariably when one encounters any weight loss regimen, the body responds by attempting to compensate biologically. Reach out to someone, vent your frustrations, and consider a new approach to break-through the plateau.
6. Stay positive.
Stay positive about your weight loss may include being able to share your frustrations… share them with someone you trust. Do not engage in negative self-talk. This can be highly destructive, instead, when feeling like you're headed down the path of negative self-talk, stop whatever you are doing, take a deep cleansing breath and make a positive statement about how you are building a new, more healthy body and lifestyle.

Think back to the last time you were on a diet... Remember everyone watching what you ate? The grapefruits, pre-packaged (obviously labeled) frozen (or suspended animation) TV dinners, homemade diet soup(s), powdered drink mixes, etc… You just knew those people were pointing, talking about you behind your back, saying, "Oh, look! She's on another diet, and this time..." blah, blah, blah...
